A Stunning Break Suitable for Everyone

Accessibility - Entire Bungalow Wheelchair Accessible and ground floor only - Semi Disabled friendly.
Internet - Wifi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen - Oven, Stovetop, Washing machine, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Air Fryer, Kitchenware, Electric Kettle, Dining Table & 6 chairs, Cleaning Products eg Washing up liquid, scourer/sponge & cloth provided. Also a high chair is available - please request on booking.
Bedrooms - 1 x King Size & 1 x twin bedded room - Linen provided.
Under 2's or young children - there is a travel cot, extra mattress, fitted mattress sheet, soft blanket & high chair is available on request when booking  - covers or duvets to be brought with you. 
Bathrooms - 1 x  Private Semi Disabled Shower Room with Toilet and Basin & 1 x Separate Toilet and Basin room. Hand towels for each room provided.
Towels - 1 x Bath Sheet & 1 x Hand towel per guest provided - please bring your own towels for the beach or extra towels you may require. A small towel will be provided for under 2's too.
Living Area - Large lounge with 2 x single seats and 1 x 3 seater sofa, Smart Flatscreen wall mounted TV, Fireplace with electric convector fan fire
Flooring - Kitchen, Hallway, Conservatory Room, separate toilet have wooded floors, Main bathroom - Nonslip wet room flooring. Lounge & Bedrooms all have carpet flooring.
Outdoors - Front, side and back garden have grass and the side garden is secure with gates.  Front of the bungalow has superb views with a bench.
Outside Garden Furniture - Table and 4 chairs - situated at the back end of the garage on the outside - can be used anywhere but please put back when finished or windy.
Miscellaneous - Drying Rack for clothing and outside rotary washing line available. Airing Cupboard with Water tank, Ironing facilities, Electric radiator heating, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Alarm, Key Access.  
Private Driveway Parking - Driveway holds around 3 cars possible 4 dependant on car size.           
Inside Bungalow is a non-smoking area
Pets Welcome -  please discussed before booking - there will be a small extra charge.
We do not provide any bedding and covers for furniture so these will be needed to be brought with you. All mess in garden to be collected on departure. Any damage will be an extra fee.

Arrival time - after 4pm on the date of arrival (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure time - before 10am on date of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
